# Alpha InsureCo quote API changelog

- Versioned paths: every /api/* operation is also served under /v1/*, described by /v1/openapi.json. /api/* stays as an alias.
- Structured errors: every non-success response carries code and errors[] of {code, field, message}. Codes are listed in /llms.txt and the spec.
- Test mode: X-Fount-Test: true (or test=true) gives fixed session and quote ids, deterministic prices and nothing stored or rate limited.
- GET /api/health returns status, version and the deployed release.
- GET /go/{product}: step 1 by plain link for assistants that can only open URLs, with the same contact and consent fields.
- Optional agent field on step 1 so assistants can name themselves.
